Annika Berman

Annika Berman has a strong background in quality control and assurance. Annika is currently working as a Quality Control Manager at Kinderfarms. Prior to this, Annika held roles at Genexa, where they worked as a Senior Quality Manager from July 2021 to May 2022, and as a Quality Manager from December 2019 to June 2021. Before joining Genexa, Annika worked at The Proactiv Company (previously Guthy-Renker) as a Quality Assurance Specialist from May 2016 to December 2019. Annika was responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, investigating product quality complaints, and managing documentation. Annika also gained experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Guthy|Renker from July 2015 to May 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Analyst I at Baxalta from April 2014 to July 2015, where they oversaw quality initiatives and trained new staff members. Annika started their career as a Quality Assurance Inspector at Baxter BioScience/HireGenics from February 2014 to April 2014.

Annika Berman obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences with a Minor in Chemistry from California Lutheran University. Annika attended this institution from 2007 to 2011. Later on, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Quality Assurance at California State University-Dominguez Hills, which they earned from 2019 to 2022.
