Mustapha Kebbeh has worked in various roles in the non-profit sector since 2002. In 2021, they joined Kindering as the Chief Program Officer, where they are responsible for bringing early intervention to practice. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at ChildFund International USA, where they held roles as Programs Director/ Head of Programs, Head of programs and Deputy Country Director, and Program Manager. In 2011, they worked as Head of Programs at Wasu- Kafo Gambi. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Technical Consultant at Youth and Sports, where they facilitated a Youth Livelihood / Life Skills Project and contributed to the development of Africa Youth Charter. From 2002 to 2007, they were a Project Manager at Gambia Family Planning Association, where they directed the comprehensive execution of the EU/IPPF Vision 2000 Project in support of adolescent Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health objectives.

Mustapha Kebbeh has a diverse educational background. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. From 2007 to 2011, they earned a Master of Science in Public Health: Health Promotion and Environmental Health from Leeds Beckett University. From 2002 to 2005, they earned a Professional Diploma in Youth and Community Development from the University of Ghana. Mustapha also holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from the African Institute of Management Science. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certificate in CPR and First Aid from EMS Safety Services, a Certificate in Disaster Risk Reduction from LINGOS, a Certificate in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from The Stephen R.
