Jim Lister

Jim Lister is an experienced Technical Manager in Product and Process Development at Kindeva Drug Delivery since May 2020, following a lengthy tenure at 3M from 2004 to May 2020 where roles included Manager of Product and Process Development and Group Leader overseeing pharmaceutical product development for regulatory submissions. Jim's career includes significant contributions to the 3M Drug Delivery Systems division as a Six Sigma Green Belt Coach, Lead Formulator for meter dose inhaler development, and Manufacturing Scale-up Leader, focusing on regulatory compliance and efficiency improvements. Jim holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Chemistry from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 1995.
