Mikaella Garrett

Mikaella Garrett is an experienced professional in the field of quality control and chemistry, currently serving as QC Validation Team Lead at Kindeva Drug Delivery since May 2020, where responsibilities have included leading teams and conducting critical validation processes. Previously held roles at Kindeva include QC Tech Team Lead, Advanced QC Chemist, and QC Chemist I. Prior experience at 3M, from February 2019 to May 2020, involved performing analytical tests on transdermal drug patches, while earlier positions included Chemist I at EASi and quality control chemist roles at Aerotek.
