Nathan Poole

Nathan Poole serves as the VP, GM, and Site Head of Northridge Operations at Kindeva Drug Delivery since April 2023. Prior to this role, Nathan was the General Manager of the Irvine, CA site at Nitto Avecia from May 2021 to April 2023. Nathan's experience includes serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc. and holding multiple positions at AMRI, including GM and Site Head, Sr. Director of Operations, and Associate Director of Manufacturing. Nathan began a career at Oso BioPharmaceuticals Manufacturing, LLC, working as Associate Director of Packaging/Inspection, Warehouse, Procurement, QC Chemistry Lab Manager, and Production Shift Manager. Nathan also held the role of Production Shift Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions and Cardinal Health. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Chemistry from The University of New Mexico, completed between 1999 and 2002.
