Paul Eastwood is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer with 26 years of experience in the manufacturing and assembly of high-volume, high-precision components within a cGMP environment, currently serving as the Manufacturing Technology Leader at Kindeva Drug Delivery since May 2020. Throughout a distinguished career, Paul has effectively led teams to achieve critical metrics in productivity, quality, and growth, while employing advanced technologies and methodologies such as Six Sigma and precision metrology. Previous roles at 3M Health Care included Senior Manufacturing Technology Engineer and Senior Production Engineer, where Paul contributed to a variety of improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
