Raphael Nesh

Raphael (Ralphi) Nesh, MS, PE, is an accomplished Process Engineering Supervisor at Kindeva Drug Delivery, with extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and serialization. At Kindeva, Raphael is responsible for overseeing six Serialized Packaging Lines, managing equipment installation and qualification, and training a diverse team in serialization processes. Prior to this role, Raphael served as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on automated manufacturing lines for Pharmaceutical Inhalation Aerosol products. Raphael's previous experience includes positions at 3M's Drug Delivery Systems Division and an internship at UC Davis Medical Center, where innovative engineering solutions for pediatric kidney transplantation were developed. Raphael holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Systems from California State University, Northridge, a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate's degree in Natural Sciences from Moorpark College.
