Thashen Naidoo

Thashen Naidoo has a work experience spanning from 2008 to 2023. Thashen started their career as a Software Trainer at Allcare Administrators from January 2008 to March 2009. Thashen then worked as a Business Analyst at Allcare Administrators from 2009 to August 2013. After that, they joined MIP as an Account Manager from September 2013 to August 2015. Currently, they are working at Kindle Insurance Technologies, where they started as a Business Analyst in September 2015 and is now serving as the Head of Operations: South Africa from March 2023 onwards.

Thashen Naidoo completed a Programme for Management Development at the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town in 2021. Thashen is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Insurance at the Milpark School of Financial Services, with an expected completion date in 2023. In 2017, they also obtained a Higher Certificate in Short-term Insurance from the same school. Additionally, they hold a Diploma in Business Analysis from the Faculty Training Institute, which they earned in 2013, and a Certificate Programme in Project Management Practice from the same institute, completed in 2015.
