Melody McClain

Melody McClain is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Kind Lending since February 2022. Previously, Melody held similar Vice President positions at Guaranteed Rate and Stearns Lending, overseeing comprehensive HR and payroll functions. Prior to these roles, Melody worked as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist at TEAC Aerospace Technologies and as an Administrative Assistant at Eversoft, Inc., gaining expertise in payroll processing, benefits administration, and various administrative tasks. Melody holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree in Brain & Cognitive Science from the University of Rochester.
