Paul Stafiej

Paul Stafiej currently serves as the Development & Partnerships Manager and Program Manager at kindness.org since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing corporate relationships and business development initiatives focused on integrating kindness into organizational practices. Previously, Paul held various roles at Adventures In Missions from 2013 to 2020, including People Operations Manager, where problem-solving and strategic planning were emphasized for a startup in Thailand, and Manager of Member Care, focusing on training in cultural sensitivity for volunteers. Additional experience as a Program Leader involved extensive travel and mentorship of over 50 volunteers across multiple countries, while a role as Lead International Humanitarian Worker encompassed leading a group of 54 individuals through various humanitarian efforts in numerous countries over 11 months. Earlier, Paul served as an Athletic Department Graduate Assistant at the University of Southern Mississippi, where the educational background includes a Master’s degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services, and a Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Industry Management.
