Jennifer Francis

Jennifer Francis has a wealth of experience in the fashion industry. Jennifer began their career in 2004 as a Production Manager for Botkier, where they managed production schedules and sourced leather and hardware for new samples. In 2006, they joined MZ WALLACE as the Director of Design and Production, where they were responsible for concepting and trend forecasting for seasonal collections, sourcing and developing materials, and product merchandising. Jennifer was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer, where they oversaw company-wide operations. In 2015, they co-founded Kindred Black, a retail studio sourcing and curating luxury lifestyle goods.

Jennifer Francis completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) at Rutgers University.
