Leanne Ropp

Leanne Ropp has extensive experience in member services and community engagement, currently holding the position of Manager of the Member Services Team at Kindred Credit Union since December 2016. In this role, Ropp supports frontline staff and addresses member inquiries while overseeing membership approval and reporting. Prior to this, Ropp worked at The Working Centre as an Accounts Receivable Clerk and Community Cafe Coordinator from September 2011 to December 2016. Additionally, a Serving and Learning Together (SALT) Participant role was held at Mennonite Central Committee from August 2010 to July 2011, focusing on teaching English and community involvement in Indonesia. Ropp began the professional journey in the kitchen staff at Home Hardware from June 2006 to August 2009. Educational qualifications include an Ontario Post-Graduate Certificate in Community and Social Service Management from Conestoga College and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from the University of Guelph.
