Kaustubh Joshi

Kaustubh Joshi is an accomplished Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in various roles across several prominent organizations. Currently serving at Kindred Group plc since December 2020, Kaustubh previously held the title of VP, Enterprise Application Architect at BNY Mellon for a brief period in late 2020. Prior to that, Kaustubh was the VP, Head of Engineering & Architecture at iQuippo, where a notable achievement included the launch of India's first multi-lending platform for equipment finance. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager - Enterprise Architecture at Reliance Retail, Enterprise Architect at Worldpay, and a decade-long tenure at Tata Consultancy Services, where several positions were held starting from Software Engineer to Enterprise Architect. Kaustubh's educational background includes an Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University.
