Tobias Krohn

Tobias Krohn is an experienced professional in workforce planning and resource management. Currently serving as the Head of Resource Planning at Kindred Group plc since November 2022, Tobias leads a team focused on optimizing service delivery through effective forecasting and headcount management. Prior to this role, Tobias worked at IKEA for over 15 years, holding various positions including Global Workforce Navigation Manager for Southeast Asia and Mexico, and Regional Staff Planning Optimisation Manager. In these roles, Tobias managed teams across multiple countries, supported expansion initiatives, and developed staff planning strategies. Tobias began their career at IKEA Japan, having participated in the Young Potential Programme, which provided training in Japanese culture and international business practices. Education includes studies at Meiji University and Linköping University.
