Vita Ahmad

Vita Ahmad is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and marketing, currently serving as Retention Squad Lead at Kindred Group plc since January 2020. In this role, Vita leads a team of CRM and Content Managers to implement effective communication and bonus strategies for brands in the Hungarian market while managing customer lifecycle strategies to enhance retention and engagement. Previous roles at Kindred include Head of CRM for Emerging Markets and Senior CRM Manager, overseeing multiple brands and markets. Prior to this, Vita held positions at The Stars Group, focusing on marketing campaign management, and at PokerStars, progressing from Player Communications Manager to Senior CRM Execution Project Manager. Early career experience includes a supervisory role at Gala Coral Group Limited & Napoleons Casino, where Vita managed poker competitions.
