Daniel Basco

Daniel Basco, PhD, serves as the Senior Director of Data Intelligence at Kindsight since September 2025. Prior to this role, Daniel held various leadership positions, including Director at Huron, where management of cross-functional teams facilitated over 80 philanthropic projects and contributed to a 20% growth during an acquisition integration. As Vice President and Executive Director of Philanthropic Analytics at Grenzebach Glier and Associates, oversight of a seven-person analytics team led to the execution of 150+ projects, achieving sustained annual growth. Daniel's expertise extends to positions at Vertex Evaluation and Research, RAND Corporation, and Science and Technology Policy Institute, where contributions focused on program evaluation, data analysis, and science policy research. Academically, Daniel earned a PhD and M.Phil. in Public Policy Analysis from RAND School, and a BS in Social Policy from Northwestern University.
