Nancy Elander is an accomplished professional in the residential lending sector with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Residential Lending at Kinecta Federal Credit Union since August 2012, Nancy previously held the position of Head of Home Loans Operations at ING DIRECT from May 2004 to August 2012. Earlier in the career, Nancy was Vice President of Mortgage Loan Operations at First Federal Bank of California from 1987 to 2004.
