Robin Birdwell

Robin Birdwell is a seasoned professional in application development and management, currently serving as the Director of Application Development at Kinecta Federal Credit Union since September 2007. In this role, Robin directs a team of business system analysts, developers, and quality assurance analysts to support lending and back-office operations and manage IT application changes. Previously, Robin held the position of VP of Application Management at BNC Mortgage/Lehman Brothers, where best practices in application change management and release management processes were implemented. Additionally, Robin served as VP of Application Change Management at Lehman Brothers and as Director of Product Development at Ameriquest Mortgage, where significant improvements in system performance and quality were achieved through strategic leadership and technology enhancements.
