Joseph Martin, CAMS, CFE, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joseph is currently an Official Member at Fast Company Executive Board. Joseph also has experience as a Research Manager at Exiger Diligence. Joseph began their career as a Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps, where they served for eight years. Joseph Martin, CAMS, CFE, holds a Master's degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from The George Washington University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from the University of North Texas, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Joseph has obtained various certifications including Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) from ACAMS, Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) from ACAMS, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), NAFCU Certified Bank Secrecy Officer (NCBSO) from NAFCU, and CORe (Accounting, Business Statistics, and Marketing) from Harvard Business School. These certifications were obtained in different years, with the most recent being the CFE certification in November 2019.
