Abdy Khanpour

Abdy Khanpour, PE, is an experienced engineering and business development professional currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Kinectrics since October 2017, and also holds the position of Chairman of the Nuclear Safety Review Board. Prior to this role, Abdy Khanpour was the Vice President of US Nuclear Services at Amec Foster Wheeler, overseeing engineering, consultancy, and project management for the US Nuclear Sector from September 2011 to December 2017. In addition, Abdy Khanpour held positions such as Vice President of Nuclear Engineering & Projects at NextEra Energy Resources and Vice President of Engineering at Xcel Energy. Abdy Khanpour's educational background includes an Engineer's Degree and a BCE in Civil/Structural Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as an MSCE in Structural Engineering from Mississippi State University.
