Eric Boklund has extensive experience in equipment assembly and operations management, currently serving as a Builder at Kinematic Automation since April 2020, where responsibilities include the assembly of custom automation products for the medical industry. Previously, Boklund served as a Lecturer on Operations Management at California State University, Stanislaus, while also earning an Executive MBA with distinction from the same institution. Prior roles include Production Manager at Sandvik Materials Technology, and Senior Project Manager at Sanmina, focusing on quality strategy and new product introduction. Boklund holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus, and Columbia College respectively, alongside another Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from De Anza College. The master's thesis centered on reducing failure costs through effective Six Sigma management programs.
