Arsen Norman

Arsen Norman has over 20 years of experience in electronics design engineering. Arsen started their career in 1996 at LAVI Systems / DATACHECK, where they designed analog circuits and PCB layouts for audio monitors, as well as test equipment for military and commercial devices. Arsen also designed a digital/analog interface for the UH-60 Black Hawk Caution Advisory Panel. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at Optical Communication Products (OCP) as a group lead, overseeing fiber-optic transceiver testing and test equipment design.

In 2005, Arsen joined Data Exchange Corp. as an Electronics Engineer for a short period, before transitioning to CHAD Therapeutics, Inc. as an Electronics Design Engineer. In 2007, they worked as an Electronics Design Engineer at ARware.com, providing consulting and manufacturing services. Arsen then joined Medtronic as an Electronics Design Engineer, focusing on automated test equipment design, firmware and software development, and production transfer to manufacturing.

From 2008 to 2009, Arsen worked at Medtronic Minimed as an Electronics Design Engineer. In 2009, they joined IVR Labs, Inc. as an Electronics Design Engineer, specializing in the design and development of various electronic devices based on microcontrollers.

In 2011, Arsen started working at POC as a Sr. Electronics Engineer and remained with the company until 2016. Currently, they are a Sr. Electronics Engineer at Kinemetrics Inc., where they are involved in electronic design engineering.

Throughout their career, Arsen has gained expertise in areas such as robotics automation, electro-optical design, firmware development, PCB layout, and turn-key product designs.

Arsen Norman pursued their education at the Polytechnic University of Armenia from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering. During the same period, they also attended the State Engineering University of Armenia, earning another Master's Degree in Radio and Electronics.
