Joel Varghese is an accomplished professional with a strong background in strategic partnerships and product management. Currently serving as Associate Director and Product Manager at KINESSO since 2021, Joel focuses on creating performance marketing solutions that enhance client outcomes through innovative software and technology. Prior experience includes a pivotal role at TEGNA as Manager of Partnership Strategy & Operations for Premion, where Joel contributed to launching the first local OTT/CTV advertising platform. Earlier roles at TwistFire Media and 2Blue Media Group provided foundational experience in strategic partnerships and finance. Joel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Investments with a minor in Psychology from Baruch College.
