Romy Burgess has extensive experience in operations and customer success, currently serving as the Head of North America Operations and Head of Customer Success at Kinetic since March 2018. Prior roles at Kinetic include Customer Success Manager and Support Desk. Before joining Kinetic, Romy worked as a Help Desk Support Analyst at Occam Systems from September 2015 to March 2018. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham, obtained between 2012 and 2015, and A Levels in Psychology, Theology, English Literature, and English Language from Hereford Sixth Form College, completed from 2009 to 2011.
