Michelle Chan is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector. Currently, Michelle serves as the Head of Operations for the North America Services Business Division at Samsung Electronics since May 2021. Prior to this, Michelle held multiple key positions at Samsung Pay, including Head of Operations and Chief of Staff, where responsibilities included aligning division strategies and executing business objectives. Michelle also has a strong background at Synaptics, where roles spanned from Sr. Director of Program Management to Director of WW Customer Care, focusing on program execution and customer service excellence. Additional experience includes positions at Paramit Corporation, Celestica, and Panasonic. Michelle holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Santa Clara University.
