John Lai

John Lai is currently the GM of Operations Performance at Kinetic, a role they have held since 2023. They serve as a Committee Member at the Auckland Chinese Community Centre and previously worked at Johnston's Coachlines as the Commercial Manager from 2018 to 2023. John has extensive experience in the finance and operations sectors, including roles as a Business Analyst and Cargo Operations Commercial Manager at Air New Zealand, and as a Credit Analyst early in their career. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Commercial Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from the University of Auckland.
