Ryan Koubek

Ryan Koubek is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in design and analysis within the aerospace industry. Koubek is the Founder and Director of Engineering at Kinetic Aerospace Engineering Sciences (KAES), providing mentorship and leadership while collaborating with a skilled team. Previous roles include serving as a Structural Stress Analyst at Gulfstream Aerospace, where Koubek contributed to the G500/G600 certification, and as a Senior Stress Analyst at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), working on multiple military aircraft programs. Koubek began their career as a summer intern at Boeing's International Space Station program, focusing on fluid flow and thermal analysis. Koubek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNED, specializing in Finite Element Method and CAE Simulation.
