Ruthie A.

Ruthie A. began their work experience as a Scrum Master at Copart from March 2014 to March 2015. In this role, they partnered with business leaders, product owners, and development teams to define and manage backlogs, set goals, and ensure reliable and predictable software delivery. Ruthie also organized and ran sprint ceremonies for assigned teams.

Following their role at Copart, Ruthie A. worked as an Agile Scrum Master at Cigna from April 2015 to December 2017.

Ruthie then transitioned to the U.S. Small Business Administration, where they held the position of Agile Scrum Master from January 2018 to October 2022.

Currently, Ruthie A. is employed as a Scrum Master at Kinetic Brands since December 2022.
