Erica Tava Johnson

Erica Tava Johnson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2000 at Spherion as a Merrill Corp. Enhanced Desktop Associate. Erica then worked at EMC Paradigm Publishing as an Electronic Desktop Specialist from 2001 to 2005. From 2006 to 2011, they served as a Public Affairs Officer at Hennepin County, working with the Board of Commissioners and County Administration to support and promote the county's goals. Erica then joined The Nerdery, where they held roles as a Solutions Engineer and later as a Business Analyst. At Ackmann & Dickenson, they worked as a Sr. Account Executive and a Solutions Manager, leading cross-functional teams and managing project deliverables. In 2014, they briefly worked at Modern Climate as a Business Development and Solutions Manager. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Miracle-Ear CRM Project Manager and Franchisee Engagement at Amplifon. Later in 2020, they became the Director of Operations at ARTISAN VENTURE LAB, and in 2021, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Kinetic Data, responsible for improving processes and managing various teams.

Erica attended the college from 1997 to 2001, focusing on Magazine Design & Photography.
