Senior Systems Architect at Kinetica

Douglas Grosvenor has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Douglas started their career at Raytheon Technical Services Company in 2007 as a Software Engineer. Douglas then worked at OpenSource Connections as a Computer Programmer in 2008. In 2009, they joined Dynamics Research Corporation (formerly HPTi) as a Software Developer and Tester, where they later became a Systems Integrator in 2010. At Dynamics Research Corporation, they worked on the Army Cloud Computing Initiative, utilizing various Cloud and Big Data technologies to build an analytic system for the war-fighters. In 2013, they joined Kinetica (formerly GPUdb) as a Senior Systems Architect. Overall, they have gained valuable experience in software development, testing, systems integration, and systems architecture throughout their career.

Douglas Grosvenor completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Virginia from 2005 to 2009. Douglas then pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science at Virginia Tech between the years 2010 and 2014. Additionally, in March 2012, Douglas obtained a certification as a Cloudera Certified Developer from Cloudera.
