Elizabeth McGlauflin has spent more than 20 years in leadership positions building and leading customer experience programs across a range of start-ups through rapidly growing public companies. She is Chief Customer Success Officer at Kinetica and, prior to that, was at Robin Systems as VP, Customer Success. Before joining Robin Systems, she was COO & VP, Customer Success at Bluescape, VP Services at C3, and held other executive positions at BDNA and Siebel Systems. She brings a wealth of experience in helping customers architect and adopt technology to drive innovation. She has worked with both cloud and on-premises solutions ranging from CRM, MDM, and IT management applications through a range of BI, analytic, IoT, collaboration and DevOps platforms and solutions. In her spare time, you can find her in an ice skating rink. She skates and often competes in Masters events around the world. She’s also a figure skating judge.
