James Dickman

James Dickman currently serves as Vice President of Software Engineering at Kinetiq since October 2025. As the CoFounder and Chief Technology Officer of Sigla, LLC, a technology venture building firm based in St. Louis since February 2016, and Chief Technology Officer at Anchor - Your Friend w/ a Boat since January 2017, Dickman plays a crucial role in innovating within the recreational boating industry. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at Advocado, an analytics platform from July 2018 to October 2025, and at Shoptimize from August 2018 to August 2020, which specializes in predictive analytics for shopping campaigns. Earlier in his career, Dickman worked as Web and Mobile Team Lead at TDK Technologies from July 2010 to October 2017, and held web development roles at iBizOnline, LLC and Getting Incorporated. Dickman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business and has ongoing education at Oklahoma State University.
