Andy Groeschel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andy started their career at Penske Truck Leasing as a Rental Representative in 2010. Andy then worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Customer Services Associate from 2011 to 2013, where they achieved the highest sales in the region and demonstrated strong team leadership skills. In 2014, Andy joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an Assistant Branch Manager, responsible for branch operations, financial analysis, and customer service. Andy excelled in business development and revenue growth. In 2019, they transitioned to Averus Fire Services as an Operations Manager for a year. In 2020, they worked at Altus Jobs as a Full Cycle AEC Recruiter and Loyal Source Government Services as a Full Cycle Healthcare Recruiter. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Kinetix, a recruitment process outsourcing firm, where their role involves acquiring and retaining top talent for growth companies.
