Rich Humphrey

Rich Humphrey is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Revenue Operations at Kinettix, where responsibilities include overseeing processes, software, and customer experiences from marketing lead to service delivery. Previously, Rich held the position of Director of Sales Operations at the same company, enhancing marketing and sales processes for a global IT tech management startup. Prior to Kinettix, Rich was the Vice President of Marketing and Analytics and Director of Marketing at MobileFit Solutions Inc., where marketing strategies, SEO, and social media campaigns were developed. Rich's earlier roles include Teaching Pastor at Fellowship Church Louisville, overseeing various ministries, and serving as Campus Director for Campus Crusade for Christ at Middle Tennessee State University, focusing on ministry direction and student mentoring. Rich holds a Master of Divinity degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Kentucky.
