Angela Waranka

Angela Waranka is an experienced operations and customer service professional with a strong background in managing internal departments and enhancing customer interactions. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Customer Contact Center Manager at Kinex Medical Company, LLC since January 2017, Angela oversees incoming correspondence, payment collections, and order processing. Previously, Angela held positions at Aurora Health Care, where responsibilities included providing administrative support to the Director of Facility Operations and managing various clerical tasks. Angela also has experience as a Team Lead at American TV, handling escalated customer inquiries, and as a VMR/Title Clerk at Boucher Automotive Group, where financial responsibilities were managed. Angela attended Marquette University from 2004 to 2005.
