Sophie Hopf

Sophie Hopf has a diverse work experience starting in 2012. Sophie began as an intern at ProSiebenSat.1 TV Deutschland GmbH, working in on-ground marketing. In 2013, they interned at Flughafen München GmbH in leadership development. In 2014, they worked as an intern at BMW Group in HR management and later that year as a working student at Audi Vertriebsbetreuungsgesellschaft mbH in HR management. In 2015, they became a working student at NorCom Information Technology AG in recruiting. Sophie'smost recent experience is with KINEXON, where they worked as a working student in human resources and later became the manager of human resources. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People & Culture with KINEXON.

Sophie Hopf completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources at WFI - Ingolstadt School of Management from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they also pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Labour Market & Personal at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg for a year. Following this, Sophie obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resource Management from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm, which they pursued from 2016 to 2018.
