Billy W Coleman Jr has extensive experience in youth services and vocational coaching, currently serving as a JMG Vocational Success Coach at Kinexus Group since October 2021 and co-founding United Talent Group in June 2020. Previous roles include Youth Specialist and Assistant Supervisor at Berrien County Juvenile Center from August 2011 to May 2020, as well as serving as a Union Steward for the AFL-CIO/AFSCME Council 25 Region 7. Earlier career highlights include working as a Legal Advocate at Safe Shelter and a Case Manager at Dockside Services, Inc. Billy Coleman holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership with a focus on Organizational Analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, both from Western Michigan University.
