Alison Kerns

Alison Kerns has been working in the industry since 2010. Alison began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Avenue Boutique and then moved on to Anthropologie as a Visual Intern in 2012. In 2013, they were promoted to Product Department Manager in Training at Anthropologie and then moved on to Herbivore Botanicals as President, Marketing + Brand Director, and Wholesale Account Manager in 2014. In 2019, they became a Vice President of Operations, Operations Consultant, and Business Advisor at Kinfield and also took on a Personal Year role.

Alison Kerns studied Business/Consumer Science at the University of Arizona, and Consumer Merchandising/Retailing Management at Pima Community College.
