Jonathan Plumb

Jonathan Plumb is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology, program management, and business development. Currently serving as a Volunteer Team Member with King County Explorer Search and Rescue since March 2020, Jonathan is involved in locating lost individuals and conducting evidence searches. At Microsoft, from November 2020 to March 2023, Jonathan held roles as Senior Technical Program Manager and Senior Program Manager, leading productization efforts for Holoportation technologies and implementing Agile development processes for Volumetric Video SaaS. In earlier positions, Jonathan contributed to the development of award-winning technologies for Kinect, XBOX One, and HoloLens spanning nearly a decade at Microsoft, and demonstrated entrepreneurial skills by founding a tech start-up. Additionally, Jonathan held roles in construction project management, market analysis, and business development across various companies, culminating in a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Victoria.
