Carmel Call, PMP, has extensive experience in project management, particularly in ERP systems. Currently serving as the Director of ERP Systems at King County since July 2009, Carmel oversees a portfolio that includes Oracle R12 and PeopleSoft implementations. Notable achievements include the successful completion of the ERP implementation for PeopleSoft 9.0, which integrated comprehensive HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Labor Distribution processes across a complex public service environment. Previous roles include Senior IT Project Manager at Weyerhaeuser and IT Project Manager at Metro Vancouver, as well as a Senior Product/Project Manager at IBS Open Systems in the UK. Carmel holds a degree from the University of Birmingham.
