Christina Riley

Christina Riley, MAR, MPhil, serves as a Project Program Manager II at King County, WA, since February 2024, having previously held the role of Workforce Engagement Project/Program Manager II within the same organization. Christina has extensive experience in program management, particularly in increasing diversity and efficiency in student internship programs at Seattle Children's, where management of an internship program grew from 35 to over 100 students in three years. With a background in educational initiatives at institutions including Yale and Drew University, Christina's expertise spans strategic planning, operational oversight, and equity initiatives related to student recruitment and support. Additionally, Christina has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner and Operator of Safe Sound Kids Northwest, focusing on child passenger safety education. Academic achievements include a Bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University, a Master's from Yale University, and a Master of Philosophy from Drew University, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Religious Studies.
