Nicole Dimauro

Nicole DiMauro currently serves as Project Manager II within the Rotational Program at Werfen since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at Lyndra Therapeutics as a Senior Associate Scientist from January 2022 to August 2023 and gained valuable experience as a Master Thesis Student at Shefelbine Lab, focusing on multiscale mechanics and musculoskeletal mechanobiology from May 2018 to December 2021. In academic settings, Nicole created a poroelastic finite element model of murine tibia and studied mechanoadaptive properties of bones under different health conditions. Nicole's prior internships and co-op experiences at Lyndra Therapeutics and Boston Scientific contributed to expertise in manufacturing process development, test method development, and collaborative problem-solving in biomedical engineering. Nicole holds a combined BS/MS degree in Bioengineering from Northeastern University.
