Elena Davert holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Planning from the University of Michigan's School for Environment and Sustainability. Currently serving as an Executive Analyst in the Office of Performance, Strategy, and Budget for King County, WA since December 2023, Elena previously worked as a Research Assistant at the U-M Graham Sustainability Institute from May to November 2023 and as a Graduate Student Instructor in Microeconomics at the Gerald R. Ford School from August 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Climate and Conservation Program Analyst and Grant Administrator with the California Department of Conservation from 2015 to 2020. Elena also holds a cum laude Bachelor of Arts in Environment, Economics, and Politics from Claremont McKenna College and a Geographic Information Systems certificate from American River College, complemented by a semester abroad focused on Amazon Resource Management and Human Ecology in Pará, Brazil.
