Frances Nelson

Frances Nelson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in architecture and project management. Currently serving as the Capital Project Delivery Section Manager and Health Through Housing Section Manager at King County, WA, Frances has also held roles such as Housing Development Manager and Housing Development Advisor at the Department of Community and Human Services. With a background as Creative Director and Consultant at Frances Nelson Studio since 2006, Frances has contributed to notable projects including the Canton Alley Bronze and Signage. Previous positions include Architect at WRNS Studio, Design Architect and Senior Associate at Ankrom Moisan Architects, and Project Manager at various firms, with academic experience as a lecturer at the University of Washington.
