Jamie Emert

Jamie Emert serves as the Emergency Preparedness Planning and Partnerships Manager at Public Health - Seattle & King County since June 2013, where responsibilities include supervising a team focused on developing essential technical documentation for emergency responses with an emphasis on health equity. Previously, Jamie held the roles of EMS Data Analysis Team Supervisor and Epidemiologist within the same organization, as well as Research Assistant at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Jamie's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from UTHealth Houston, a certificate in Public Health Management from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech.
