Sara Tapia

Sara Tapia, LICSW, CMHS, CPC, currently serves as the Children and Youth Care Manager at King County, WA since December 2023. Prior to this role, Sara held multiple positions at the Center for Human Services, including Associate Director of Community Based Intensive Services and Wraparound Coach/Program Manager, where responsibilities involved overseeing programs for youth and families facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Previous experience includes roles as a Wraparound Facilitator at Community Psychiatric Clinic and Mental Health Case Manager at Consejo Counseling & Referral Services. With a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Philosophy from McDaniel College, Sara has developed expertise in providing comprehensive support to at-risk youth and their families across various service systems.
