Warren Kagarise

Warren Kagarise is an experienced digital engagement professional currently serving as the Digital Engagement Manager for King County, WA since August 2017. Previously, Warren was the President of the Membership Council at Government Social Media LLC from November 2018 to September 2022. Warren's earlier role as Communications Coordinator for the City of Issaquah involved leading digital communication efforts, developing social media policies, and managing online content. Additionally, Warren worked as the Lead Reporter and Online Editor at The Issaquah Press, focusing on local government coverage and breaking news, while also managing the newspaper's social media presence. Warren holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Florida.
