Antonio Novak

Antonio Novak is an experienced professional in the field of analytics, customer experience, and project management, currently serving as the Head of SAP CX and Digital Services Department at KING ICT since December 2018. Antonio has a strong background in SAP solutions, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and RPA technologies. Prior roles include SAP Project Manager and Solution Architect, Business Analyst at Lemax, and SAP BI Senior Consultant at CubeServ AG, where key projects involved major clients such as Kanton Zürich and Bosch. Additionally, Antonio held leadership positions at ALFATEC Group and b4b, focusing on business intelligence and data warehouse implementations. Antonio holds an M.Sc. in Strategic Management and an MBA from Indiana University, complemented by a Master of Economics in Business Informatics from the University of Zagreb.
