Kumutt Koesomboon

Kumutt Koesomboon has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to facilities management and building services. Kumutt started their career as a Material Handling Division Sales Supervisor at Berli Jucker Public Company Limited (BJC), where they were responsible for electric overhead traveling crane sales and service. Kumutt then moved on to The Mall Group as a Shopping Center Division Manager, overseeing the complete service duty to retail shops and ensuring the standard level of building facility performance. Kumutt also worked at CBRE Thailand as a Retail Manager, where they provided tenancy rental space service, fitting out support, and set up building management procedures. Kumutt later joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a Building Manager, focusing on the maintenance and operation of buildings. In 2011, Kumutt became an Engineering and Building Service Manager at the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA). Kumutt then worked at ISS Facility Services as a Key Account Manager for SIEMENS real estate Div., ensuring facility operations align with safety regulations and providing cleaning services and waste material management. Kumutt also held the position of Group Manager at TIPCO Tower co,ltd, where they managed the operations, maintenance, repair, installation, and construction of building infrastructure and coordinated maintenance services for the A-class office building complex. Prior to their current role, Kumutt served as the Vice President Property Management at The Platinum Fashion Mall, overseeing property management responsibilities. Kumutt is currently serving as the Vice President - Facilities Management at King Power.

Kumutt Koesomboon holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Strayer University, which was obtained from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, Kumutt obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bacholor of Science in Production Technology from Rajapat Pranakorn University, which was completed from 1990 to 1991. Additionally, Kumutt has a Diploma in Machine Mechanics from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, but the specific dates of completion are not provided. Lastly, Kumutt attended Satit Kaset for high school.
