Michael Tigani has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Michael started their career at DuPont, where they worked in Technical Services from 1989 to 1991. Michael then moved on to James River Corporation, where they worked in Research and Development from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they worked at Avon as a Packaging Engineer from 1996 to 1999. From 1999 to 2002, they worked at AdvancePierre Foods as a Product Manager. Michael then joined Hillshire Brands as a Senior Product Manager from 2002 to 2005. After that, they worked at Perdue Farms as a Segment Marketing Manager from 2005 to 2007. Michael then transitioned to Givaudan as Director of Marketing from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Handy International as a New Products Manager. In 2011, they joined King & Prince Seafood, where they held the roles of Category Manager - Shrimp and Director of Marketing. In 2012, they started working at the College of Coastal Georgia as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing.

Michael Tigani's education history begins with their graduation from Salesianum School in 1985. Michael then went on to attend the University of Delaware from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science. Following their undergraduate studies, Michael pursued a Master of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Delaware, which they completed in 1992. Later, they furthered their education at Xavier University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing, graduating in 1998.
